Personal Touch is a unique approach to personal training in a small group with your instructor. Personal Touch is designed to increase your muscle tone and enhance your Jazzercise workout by focusing on varying muscle groups and techniques designed to help you achieve maximum results. Each class is 30 minutes using weights, balls, and bands.
